Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and hands-on
Operations Junior Executive
to join our team. This role involves daily operational activities, including quality control, order fulfilment, shipment preparation, and basic customer support.
No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC):
Perform hands-on quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
Packing & Fulfilment:
Carefully pack products and prepare parcels for international shipping using DHL packaging.
Shipping Documentation:
Generate DHL Air Waybills (AWB), shipping labels, and relevant shipment documents.
Order Processing:
Assist with daily order fulfilment and ensure shipments are prepared accurately and on time.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer emails and shipment-related enquiries when necessary.
Inventory & Operations:
Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and other day-to-day operational tasks.
General Support:
Perform other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
No prior working experience required; training will be provided.
Good attention to detail and willingness to perform hands-on tasks.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
Responsible, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
