About the Role

eRomman Platform is growing fast — and you'll be the first face every new seller sees. As our Ecommerce Onboarding Seller Executive, you'll turn sign-ups into thriving storefronts, guiding sellers from "just joined" to "first sale" with speed and confidence. If you love helping people win and thrive in a fast-moving ecommerce environment, this is your seat.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard new sellers onto the eRomman platform, guiding them through account setup, store customization, and listing creation
• Walk sellers through platform tools, policies, and best practices so they launch with confidence
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues quickly and keep sellers moving without friction
• Track onboarding progress and flag drop-offs so no seller gets left behind
• Gather seller feedback to continuously improve the onboarding journey
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to keep the seller experience seamless

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and experienced professionals both welcome — we care about attitude and drive
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a plus)
• Comfortable with computers, online platforms, and learning new tools fast
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sellers at once
• A people-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy helping others succeed
