About the role
The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, delivering effective sales pitches to potential clients, negotiating prices and contracts to offer competitive solutions, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Fresh graduates and candidates without prior shipping experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
To identify and develop new business opportunities. Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential clients.
Price & Contract Negotiation:
Offer competitive and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs and strive to provide the best customer service experience.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong and long-term relationships with clients. Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a professional manner.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
Work closely with internal departments and coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth operation process.
About you
1 years of sales experience preferred.
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Committed, proactive and self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Working experience in the freight forwarding industry will be a plus point.
Able to start as soon as possible.
