SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract Duration: 5 Months

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our construction project in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor work progress and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Check the quality of work and materials at site.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the Site Agent and Project Manager on site matters.
• Report any site issues, delays or defects to the management.
• Maintain daily site records and progress updates.
• Ensure the site is properly organised and maintained.
• Assist with site inspections and rectification works when required.
• Carry out other duties related to site supervision as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage daily site activities.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
• CIDB Green Card is required.
