Proficient swimmers with advanced knowledge of water rescue techniques.

Physically fit to perform rescues and respond to emergencies.

Valid CPR and First Aid certification is basic requirement.

Responsible, alert, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Must hold a valid Bronze Medallion certificate.

Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to work shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Monitor guests in and around the swimming pool area to ensure safety and prevent accidents.

Enforce pool rules and gym policies to promote a safe environment.

Monitor pool chemical levels and report issues to facility management.

Respond to emergencies and perform water rescues, CPR, or first aid as required.

Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working order.

Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.

Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing questions and concerns.

Report incidents or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, locker rooms, and surrounding areas.

Maintain detailed records of incidents, maintenance checks, and guest interactions

Log all guest rentals, usage, and returns to ensure inventory control and billing accuracy.
