We are hiring for the position of Sales & Business Executive.

JOB DETAILS:

• Basic salary: RM3,000 – RM8,000 per month
• Commission provided
• Monthly performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Annual bonus
• Working days: Monday – Friday
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

WORKING ARRANGEMENT:

• 2 weeks travelling and working across Malaysia with the team
• 2 weeks working within the assigned area/office
• Team-based working environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify new business and sales opportunities
• Present and explain company products and services to clients
• Follow up with potential and existing clients
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Participate in team activities, meetings and training
• Travel across Malaysia with the team when required

BUSINESS AREAS:

The role may involve financial services-related areas including estate planning, unit trust/investment, EPF-related investment, takaful and property/housing-related solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Comfortable meeting and communicating with clients
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to travel across Malaysia with the team
