Perform daily general administrative and clerical duties.

Handle filing, documentation, data entry, photocopying, scanning and record keeping.

Prepare letters, reports, forms, memos and other administrative documents.

Maintain and update company records, databases and documentation.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and calls.

Assist with office supplies, stationery and general office administration.

Assist HR and other departments with administrative tasks when required.

Coordinate and follow up on documents, submissions and appointments.

Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, claims or other basic administrative records.

Ensure documents are properly organised and maintained for easy reference.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant administrative experience is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Organised, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good filing and documentation skills.

Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required.

Must be reliable, punctual and able to maintain confidentiality.
