Scope of work

• Tendering, contract & subcontract in Civil & Building, Archi, infra & MEP works
• Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications.
• Material Take off and Procurement
• Prepare & submit Progress Claim, Certify Subcontractor's claim
• Assessment of Variation Order
• Determine and Monitoring Project cost

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in QS or Civil engineering or construction Management
• Minimum experience 5 year and above
• Involved in Tendering, Contract and subcontracting works

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
