Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance functions.

Strong knowledge of full set accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.

Experience in handling month-end closing and preparation of management reports.

Familiar with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and financial regulations.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.

Able to prepare financial analysis and reports for management decision-making.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise finance operations effectively.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Manage and monitor the team to ensure smooth daily finance operations

Oversee end to end finance functions and manage month end closing activities

Prepare timely and accurate financial reports to management

Prepare data analysis for management information in decision making process

Liaise with banker, external auditor, tax agent and company secretary

Preparation and compilation of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost monitoring, cash flow management and tax compliance

Monitor financial statement to ensure the compliance of all accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirement.
