• Proven experience managing teams of 50+ employees.

• Demonstrated success in scaling operations within a regulated financial environment.

2. Brokerage Operations Management

• Lead the operational management of the brokerage business, including:

• User verification and documentation processes.

• Coordinate between Operations, Trading, Compliance, and Risk departments.

5. Payment & Financial Operations

• Manage relationships with global payment providers and banking partners.

• Optimize payment processing workflows.

• Improve deposit and withdrawal turnaround time.

• Ensure secure and efficient client fund operations.

• Monitor operational risks relating to payment channels.

6. Strategic Business Growth

• Partner with the CEO to support business expansion initiatives by:

• Developing operational strategies for new markets.

• Supporting regional growth across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and the Middle East.

• Managing strategic partnerships.
