Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Captain to lead our team in delivering an authentic Italian late-night dining experience with expert bar and wine management.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily late-night restaurant and bar operations to ensure seamless, authentic Italian dining experiences
Manage, train, and schedule staff to uphold high service standards and operational efficiency
Curate and manage the wine list and bar inventory using extensive beverage knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction
Ensure quality control in food presentation and customer service to maintain excellence
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, resolving operational issues effectively
Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment
Adapt to and perform effectively in a fast-paced, late-night work environment
Required competencies and certifications
High School certificate or Diploma
Minimum 2 years of overall experience in the food and beverage industry
Minimum 2 years of experience working specifically in an Italian restaurant
Comprehensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and in-depth bar and wine expertise
Preferred competencies and qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Starting from $3450 per month (commensurate with experience)
Annual Leave: 7 days per year
Working Hours & Schedule
Work Schedule: 6 days per week, including Sundays and Public Holidays
Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM with rest in between- split
