Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,800

• Attractive Commission: S$900 – S$5,000+

• Attractive earning potential with performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised recommendations on perfumes and fragrances based on customers' preferences and needs.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create an enjoyable shopping experience.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including fragrance notes, collections and brands.

• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store sales targets.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness and overall visual merchandising standards.

• Assist with daily store operations, stock replenishment and inventory management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, cosmetics or fragrance sales is preferred.

• Passionate about perfumes, fragrances and luxury products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.

• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
