Contract / Freelance | Fully Remote | 6-Month Rolling Contract | Immediate Start

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our client on a fully remote, freelance contract.

The successful candidate will play a key role in a new SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, supporting the project across the full implementation lifecycle, from initial design and configuration through to build and deployment.

You will work closely with CPI integration teams to ensure seamless integration between Employee Central and Payroll, making knowledge of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to contribute to a major implementation project within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.
• Lead and contribute to solution design, configuration, build and implementation activities.
• Work closely with CPI integration teams to ensure effective integration between Employee Central and Payroll.
• Support integration design, testing and troubleshooting across EC and Payroll.
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment.
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations to support a successful implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant.
• Strong experience supporting or delivering new EC implementations.
• Solid knowledge of the full implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration and build.
• Experience working closely with SAP CPI integration teams.
• Good knowledge of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and EC-to-Payroll integrations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote project team.

Desirable Skills

• Mandarin language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
