Qualifications & Requirements

• A plus: Experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry (not required)

How You Earn

Your pay has a fixed part and a variable part. There is no cap on the variable part.
On top of a fixed basic salary each month, you will have performance-based bonuses for new joiners, commissions earned through each contract you signed, special incentives for top performers and reimbursement claims for training & setup conducted.

Job Summary

Your results set your pay. Strong performers earn RM10,000 or more each month within 12 months. 

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is hungry to succeed and excited to learn. This is a sales role who want to earn by results, not by hours. You do not get a checklist. You get a territory, a product, and a clear pay formula. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential customers and market segments that can benefit from our SaaS solutions.
• Lead Generation: Use various methods, including cold calling, WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate qualified leads.
• Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs and pain points of potential customers, and effectively communicate how our SaaS solutions can address their challenges and improve their business operations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our SaaS products and services, staying updated on new features and industry trends.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive presentations to potential customers, demonstrating the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and tracking progress using CRM software.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting upsell opportunities.
• Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights.
