Job Summary

Support business growth by engaging prospective customers in your current network and client base, promoting the company's products and services based on customer needs, and delivering a positive customer experience. Refer new customers and close customer sales alongside with the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities
• Explain product and service offerings clearly to customers and respond to their enquiries to facilitate informed decisions
• Prepare accurate basic quotations, maintain sales records, and provide timely customer updates to support sales processes
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to identify and secure repeat sales opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and effective customer follow-up
• Work proactively to help the sales team achieve new customer base and participate in sales development activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Senior professional with more than 10 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions and services, or with a strong understanding of IT projects
• Self-starter and initiative to proactively find new prospects within your current network
