Job Description:
Address taxpayers’ enquiries on various tax types, including Individual Income Tax and Property Tax, via helpline, live chat and walk-ins.
Promote and guide taxpayers on the usage of e-Services and chatbots.
Provide step-by-step guidance on e-Filing procedures.
Advise taxpayers on their tax filing and payment obligations.
Employment Details:
Salary: $15.95/hour
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm / 8.00am – 5.30pm
Training: 1 week of classroom training provided
Contract Duration: 3 months (Renewable)
Location: Near Novena MRT
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma and above.
