Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ISO certification, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Handle factory licence applications, renewals and related documentation.
• Coordinate the registration and documentation of new SKUs.
• Handle RTE-related licensing and regulatory compliance matters.
• Ensure company operations comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external authorities on licensing and compliance matters.
• Maintain proper records and prepare documents for audits and inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with relevant QA, regulatory compliance or licensing experience are preferred.
• Experience in handling ISO certification and factory licensing will be an advantage.
• Good documentation, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and follow up on regulatory matters.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
