About the role

Quality Assurance Technician role in electronics/manufacturing environment performing QC inspection across incoming, in-process and outgoing stages.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QC inspection (incoming, in-process and outgoing)
• Assist QA Lead on raw material decapsulation sample preparation and shipment packaging
• Compilation of daily & weekly QC reports
• Prepare & issuance of Certificate of Conformance (CoC) for outgoing products
• Support overtime when required

About you

• ITE / Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant Quality working experience in electronics / manufacturing
• Experience in raw material inspection, dimensional verification, in-process audit and outgoing inspection
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and proficiency in using tools like calipers, micrometers, smart scope to inspect raw parts and record data in ERP systems
• Knowledge on the IPC-A-610 PCBA Acceptability standards and IPC-A-620 Wire Harness Requirements
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skills
• Proficiency in using excel, writing email and use of ERP systems
