We are seeking a responsible and organised Teacher Aide to provide administrative and student support to teaching staff and assist with daily school operations. 

Job Description  

• Supervise pupils during recess, lunch and dismissal duties. 

• Provide relief support for classes and CCAs when teachers are unavailable. 

• Prepare teaching resources and assist with scanning of exam answer sheets. 

• Support examination matters, including Prelims and PSLE seating plans, labels and liaison duties. 

• Assist with administrative duties for P1 Orientation and other school events. 

• Support resource packing, food orders, data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned. 

Requirements 

• GCE O Level or equivalent. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 

• Relevant experience working in a primary school is preferred.   

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Able to multitask, work independently and as part of a team. 

Others 

• Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2027 

• Working Hours: 

• Teacher Aide (1): Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 1:30pm, inclusive of 30-minute break. 

• Teacher Aide (2): Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:00pm; Friday, 7:15am – 2:15pm, inclusive of 45-minute break.
