Lead Asset Integrity Management
Reporting Line: ORA Manager
Job Purpose
Provide leadership and oversight for Asset Integrity Management (AIM) activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring maintenance, reliability, inspection, and integrity programs are effectively developed and integrated to support operational readiness and long-term asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Asset Integrity Management initiatives throughout all project phases, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational readiness requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Act as the focal point between the Project Team and the Corporate Asset Integrity function, facilitating effective communication, governance, and decision-making.
- Establish and implement AIM strategies, schedules, and execution plans that support project milestones, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Evaluate and provide technical input on engineering deliverables, operational standards, and integrity-related documentation produced during detailed design and project execution.
Requirement
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience within the oil and gas industry, with significant exposure to offshore facilities, FPSOs, or operational assets.
- Demonstrated experience leading Asset Integrity Management initiatives, particularly in areas such as Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), inspection planning, and CMMS implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Marine, Chemical, Process, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications, master's degrees, or professional certifications related to asset integrity, reliability, maintenance, or engineering management will be viewed favourably.
- Professional memberships or certification in integrity, reliability, inspection, or maintenance disciplines are an added advantage.
