岗位职责

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cloud, infrastructure, and data transformation projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate business, technology, and vendor workstreams.
  • Translate business requirements into delivery plans.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and operational teams.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks and issues.
  • Ensure solutions support efficiency, standardisation, and scalability.
  • Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions.
  • Drive successful implementation and business adoption.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' project management experience.
  • Proven track record delivering cloud and infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing AWS-based programmes.
  • Experience leading complex business and technology transformations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive delivery mindset.
Preferred Experience
  • ERP implementation experience.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple regions.
  • Knowledge of data migration and transformation projects.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
