Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry

Good knowledge of food products and applications

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel

Able to work independently and as a team

Provide technical support to customers

Assist sales team with technical matters

Handle customer enquiries and product issues

Gather market information and provide ideas for improvement

Identify new markets and business opportunities

Visit potential customers for new business

Conduct product trials and follow up with customers

Assist in product development and improvement

Prepare technical and sales reports

Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
