About Us FattyDaddyFattyMummy is a premium home meal subscription (Tingkat) and catering service in Singapore, dedicated to delivering wholesome, home-cooked meals to families across the island. The Role We're looking for a skilled 2nd Cook to support our kitchen operations in preparing high-quality Tingkat meals and catering orders. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to execute daily menus, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure timely meal production for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and specifications
• Assist Head Chef in daily meal preparation for Tingkat subscriptions and catering orders
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols (SFA standards)
• Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and ingredient preparation
• Support kitchen team during peak production hours
• Report any quality or operational issues to Head Chef

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years cooking experience in commercial kitchen, restaurant, or catering environment
• Proficiency in Asian home-style cooking and local dishes
• Basic food safety knowledge (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Team player with good communication skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or public holidays as needed
