职位描述

任职资格

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field. 
  • Internship duration: 3–6 months. Starting in September or October 2026.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
  • Willing to learn and able to work well in a team. 
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. 

岗位职责

 

  • Assist the Purchasing team with daily purchasing activities and documentation. 
  • Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and related documents. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements. 
  • Perform filing and other administrative tasks related to the Purchasing Department. 
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
