Job description

• 负责生产过程及成品的质量检验。In-process and final inspection according to quality standards and inspection procedures.
• 按照检验标准检查产品的尺寸、外观及规格。Check product dimensions, appearance and specifications using basic measuring tools.
• 记录检验结果，并及时反馈产品质量异常。Record inspection results and report quality abnormalities to the supervisor.
• 协助处理不合格品，并做好异常品的标识及隔离。Assist in identifying and handling defective or non-conforming products.
• 协助整理及维护 QC 检验记录和相关质量文件。Assist QC team in maintaining inspection records and quality documents.
• 与生产部门配合，协助解决生产过程中的质量问题。Work closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• 学习公司的质量标准、检验流程及生产工艺。Learn and understand company quality standards, inspection procedures and production processes.
• 接受系统性的 QC 培训，并根据个人表现逐步承担更多质量管理工作。Participate in training and gradually take on more responsibilities within the QC Department.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Business Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of quality control and inspection is an advantage.
• Able to use basic measuring tools and read simple technical drawings.
• Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on the production floor and learn hands-on QC processes.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
