Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire new clients to expand the Singapore client base.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new opportunities across IT recruitment, staffing and IT services.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their hiring and project needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Present and promote the company's service offerings through client meetings, pitches and formal presentations.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into active, revenue-generating accounts.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations and rate cards to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements and commercial terms that are mutually beneficial and commercially sound.
• Provide regular reporting to management on pipeline, client acquisition activity, conversions and revenue achievement.
• Monitor industry trends, hiring demand and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and sharpen our positioning.
• Work closely with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure client expectations are met after the sale.

Requirements

Essential

• 3+ years of business development or client-facing sales experience, preferably within IT recruitment, staffing, or IT services.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new logos and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore IT market, hiring landscape and employment practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Commercially astute, with experience preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets with a high degree of autonomy.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office / Google Workspace.
