The Role

You’ll represent premium beauty brands at selected retail locations and roadshows, engaging customers and introducing them to products that match their skincare needs.

Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Engaging shoppers and initiating conversations in a confident and approachable manner.
• Conducting live skincare and product demonstrations.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable premium skincare products.
• Building trust through professional product presentations and consultations.
• Delivering a positive customer experience from first interaction through purchase.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maximising sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in people who are:

• Comfortable approaching customers and engaging in face-to-face sales.
• Confident working in high-traffic retail environments.
• Experienced in beauty, retail, roadshows, direct sales, or a similar customer-facing role — preferred but not essential.
• Persuasive communicators who can explain products clearly.
• Positive, resilient, and comfortable working towards targets.
• Motivated by performance-based earnings and career progression.

Earnings That Reward Performance

Basic Salary: $3,000 – $4,500/month
Depending on experience

Your earning potential can grow with your sales performance.

Additional benefits include:

• Unlimited commission with no income ceiling
• Top performers earning $10,000 – $15,000/month

Our sales opportunities are available at:

• Orchard
• Jurong
• Chinatown Point

Final deployment will depend on business and operational requirements.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts include:

• 10:00am – 7:00pm
• 11:30am – 8:30pm
• 12:30pm – 9:30pm
