Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting solutions that align with client needs. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and assist in developing sales materials and presentations. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing responsive service, tracking sales performance, and preparing reports and updates for the team. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues on training initiatives, sharing market insights, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional business writing.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship management.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and basic forecasting.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to share product knowledge and support internal or client-facing training sessions.
• Relevant skills such as basic digital marketing knowledge, data analysis using spreadsheets or CRM tools, and familiarity with market research are beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales or marketing roles.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market.
