Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Director (Electrical) to lead and oversee Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering functions across large-scale mixed-use development projects. This leadership role will be responsible for providing technical direction, ensuring engineering excellence, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality consultancy services throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee M&E engineering functions across multiple projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on electrical engineering design and delivery.
• Act as the key technical authority for complex mixed-use development projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to ensure high performance and technical excellence.
• Manage project delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Support business growth through technical expertise and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience overseeing M&E functions within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong track record delivering mixed-use development projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering design and project execution.
