You sell. You have carried a monthly target, closed B2B deals and can show the numbers. At Koocester you will sell branded content and advertising across our six media titles (Koocester, Autos, Homes, Business, Foodie and Wealth) to Singapore businesses. Salary S$2,000 to 3,500 a month, plus commission. What you will do - Find and open new accounts every day: calls, walk-ins, LinkedIn, email and referrals - Run discovery meetings and understand what a brand needs to sell more - Send proposals within 12 hours and follow through to a signed deal - Grow past clients into repeat clients - Keep a clean, honest pipeline and report your numbers daily and weekly - Brief our producers so every campaign we sell is delivered well What we measure - Daily: new conversations opened, follow-ups, meetings booked - Weekly: proposals sent, deals closed, revenue secured, pipeline value - Monthly: close rate, repeat business, referrals, forecast accuracy You must have - At least 2 years in B2B, agency or media sales with a target - A track record you can show with figures at interview - Comfort with cold calling and walking into meetings - The drive to move from proposal to close in days, not weeks Good to have - Experience selling advertising, sponsorships or content - A network among Singapore SME owners or marketing heads - Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot Who does well here Hungry, coachable, fast to act, calm under pressure and driven by targets.
