Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital marketing function for the recruitment agency.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support lead generation, branding and business growth.
• Plan and manage campaigns across social media, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO and email marketing.
• Create campaigns to attract both clients and job seekers.
• Work closely with recruitment and business development teams on marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media content and strengthen the company’s brand presence.
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversion and ROI.
• Manage external agencies, vendors or freelancers when required.
• Identify new digital marketing channels and growth opportunities.
• Guide and support junior marketing team members.
• Take ownership of marketing KPIs and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Candidates from advertising, digital marketing or creative agencies are highly preferred.
• Strong experience in digital campaign planning and execution.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, SEO and content marketing.
• Strong understanding of branding, lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the marketing function.
• Commercially minded and results-driven.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
