What you'll do:

• Source and develop suppliers for precision machining, sheet metal, mechanical assemblies, and contract manufacturing
• Review drawings, BOMs, and GD&T to assess supplier capability and feasibility
• Run RFQ/RFI processes, including quotation analysis and supplier comparison
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and NPI teams on new products, transfers, and engineering changes
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, and performance management
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives (VAVE, design optimization, supplier consolidation)
• Support DFM/DFA reviews and prototype/pilot build coordination
• Maintain sourcing records and cost data in ERP/MRP systems

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3–5 years in sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing engineering
• Strong grasp of precision machining, sheet metal, fabrication, and cost drivers
• Able to read drawings, BOMs, and GD&T
• Experience in supplier negotiation and cost reduction
• Understanding of DFM/DFA and engineering change processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP or similar ERP/MRP experience; proficient in Excel
