Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity.

Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holiday.

Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on hotel electrical systems, equipment, and facilities.

Inspect and maintain electrical wiring, lighting systems, power outlets, distribution boards, switches, and control panels.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, power supply issues, lighting problems, and equipment malfunctions.

Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Respond promptly to electrical-related guest service requests and maintenance calls.

Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.

Monitor and maintain electrical distribution boards, circuit breakers, and related components.

Perform routine testing and basic maintenance of emergency lighting and electrical safety systems.

Assist in electrical setup for hotel events, functions, guest rooms, and operational areas when required.

Coordinate with external contractors for specialized electrical repairs, inspections, and maintenance works when necessary.

Maintain electrical tools, testing equipment, and work areas in good and safe condition.

Complete daily electrical maintenance checklists and update maintenance records and logs.

Identify and report electrical hazards, faulty equipment, and potential safety risks to the supervisor.

Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, hotel SOPs, and relevant electrical standards.

Assist in energy-saving initiatives by monitoring electrical usage and identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency.

Support emergency response activities such as power failures, electrical breakdowns, and other electrical-related emergencies.

Attend to electrical complaints, inspections, setup, repairs, and maintenance requests from Management, guests, and tenants.

Perform other electrical and engineering-related duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
