Job Summary

You will support complex HR operational activities focused on organizational and position management, including updating organization structures, managing reporting line changes, and executing mass data transactions using Workday and ServiceNow systems.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain organizational structures to reflect current business needs
• Manage position changes and reporting line adjustments accurately within HR systems
• Execute high-volume mass data transactions in Workday and ServiceNow to ensure data integrity
• Navigate complex HR processes to resolve issues and support operational efficiency
• Engage effectively with stakeholders to communicate changes and gather necessary information
• Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges in HR operations and data management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree with minimum 1 year or diploma with 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or similar roles managing complex, high-volume transactions and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

Other Information

• 1 year contract with completion bonus (renewable)
• 5 days work week (hybrid) / Central location
