About the opportunity

A leading multinational technology and engineering group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support a major, long-term programme in Singapore.

The role

You will be the contractual focal point for the project, working closely with Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, Commercial and Legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts from award through execution and closeout.
• Advise on contractual obligations, risks and commercial issues.
• Handle notices, variations, change orders, claims and amendments.
• Ensure alignment between customer contracts and supplier agreements.
• Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables and compliance.
• Support negotiations, dispute avoidance and resolution.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of contract or commercial management experience.
• Experience supporting complex projects in technology, infrastructure, transportation, aerospace, defence, energy or EPC.
• Strong knowledge of claims, variations and change management.
• Able to work independently and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
