We are a fast-growing events and photobooth company specialiaing in photobooths, keychain booths, video guestbooks, and other fringe activities for corporate events.

We work with a wide range of clients across corporate, government, schools, and private events.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and responsible Event Crew members to support our on-site event operations. You'll be the face of our company during events, ensuring smooth setup and operations while creating a great experience for clients and guests.

This role is fun and fulfilling, and you’ll meet lots of people along the way. At the same time, events can be fast-paced and unexpected things can happen. We need someone who can stay calm under pressure, think on their feet, and solve problems when needed. We also need someone attentive to check equipment against checklist.

As events are time-sensitive, reliability and punctuality are extremely important. We need team members who are dependable, arrive on time, and take ownership of their commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect equipment from the warehouse before events
• Travel to event venues (transport reimbursed)
• Set up photobooth and event equipment
• Send over video proof with printed images
• Liaise with clients and venue staff on-site
• Operate photobooths and provide excellent customer service
• Engage with guests and create a positive event experience
• Troubleshoot simple issues when required
• Tear down and pack equipment after events
• Return equipment to the warehouse after event completion

Requirements

• Punctual and responsible
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and guests
• Able to stay calm and work under pressure
• Good customer service attitude
• Vocal and proactive personality
• Able to work independently and manage event situations
• Available to work flexible schedules including weekends when needed

Good to Have

• Prior events or customer service experience
• Experience operating event equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with photobooths or event operations
