Job Summary
You will support daily operations in a fast-paced F&B environment by preparing drinks, recommending products, handling cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and tidy shop to ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Operate the cashier system accurately and provide product recommendations to customers to enhance their experience
Prepare tea and toppings following established recipes to maintain product quality
Concoct drinks consistently to meet customer expectations and company standards
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Adapt quickly to new trends and techniques to improve service and product offerings
Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
At least 2 years of experience working in a food and beverage environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving trends and techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills and customer service orientation
