You’ll work closely with the team to attract, engage and develop people while gaining first-hand exposure to how a growing team is built.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Manage job postings and applicant screening
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Support onboarding and team engagement
• Assist with recruitment events and outreach
• Help improve the overall candidate experience

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
• Organised and responsible
• Comfortable engaging with different people
• Professional and receptive to feedback

No prior HR experience required. Training and guidance will be provided.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
