Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and oversee Electrical / M&E / ELV project works from design through installation, testing and commissioning.

Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure compliance.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Carry out electrical engineering works including load calculations, transformer/MCC sizing, cable and distribution system design, protection coordination and material take-off.

For ELV/structured cabling projects, coordinate installation of fibre optics, structured cabling, data and other ELV systems.

Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality, progress, manpower, materials and equipment.

Identify and resolve technical issues, site coordination problems and installation clashes.

Coordinate and oversee testing, commissioning and handover of electrical/M&E/ELV systems.

Prepare technical submissions, method statements, progress reports, claims, as-built drawings and operation & maintenance documentation.

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on material procurement, technical requirements and project schedules.

Participate in project, technical and progress meetings with clients and consultants.

Ensure all works comply with project specifications, relevant codes, safety requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in

Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering or related discipline

elevant experience

in Electrical / M&E / ELV / Structured Cabling / Data Centre projects has advantage

Candidates from

construction M&E, electrical contracting, ELV, fibre optics, structured cabling or data centre

backgrounds are welcome.
