Role Summary

Lead data analytics and business improvement initiatives for New Nanyang Consultancy and its client engagements. Turn complex data into actionable recommendations that support revenue growth, improve operational efficiency and guide strategic decisions. Manage analytics delivery, stakeholder relationships and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic business analysis: Evaluate business performance, market opportunities and customer trends to recommend growth strategies and operational improvements to senior management.

• Client project leadership: Manage analytics consultancy projects from scoping and budgeting through analysis, presentation and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable client value.

• Financial insights: Develop revenue forecasts, pricing analyses and business cases to support resource allocation decisions.

• Business intelligence: Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting systems that track financial, operational and client service performance.

• Automation and advanced analytics: Identify and implement suitable forecasting, automation and analytical solutions that reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

• Data governance: Establish standards for data quality, reporting consistency, secure access and responsible data handling.

• Business development: Support consultancy proposals, define analytics project scope and fees, and identify opportunities for additional client engagements.
