岗位职责
Job Description
Prepare quotation, sales orders and related sales documents
Process customer orders and monitor order status
Liaise with customer on enquiries, deliveries and order requirements
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Assist in preparing sales reports and related documentation
Support the sales team in achieving departmental objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Experience & Requirements
Minium Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
3+ years in sales experince in steel industry.
Familiar with steel market in Vietnam.
The candidate should have a strong network of suppliers, vendors, and customers in the Vietnam market.
Skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Teing Viet - to handle Vietnamese market / customers /suppliers.
Good product knowledge in steel products.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & MS Office
Knowledge of ERP/CRM Systems or similar systems
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong Problem-Solving Skills
Effective Time Management & Multitasking
Strong Attention to Detail
Teamwork & Collaboration

Prepare quotation, sales orders and related sales documents
