- Data Entry: Update seal number & container number in OSP system
- Data Entry: Update necessary information into Intranet, Import file and create Import Vessel Code.
- Ensure complete import shipping document pass to Operation team for custom clearance.

- Verify all the invoice from Penang port, haulage company & other related supplier to Manager for signature.

- Assist in monitor and coordinate export container enter premise for loading & deliver to port according to vessel cut off time.

- Monitor & update shipment ETA & NOA according to shipping line’s update / tracking.

- Responsible for ensure import shipping document is ready and correct as per shipment arrival date.

- To perform any duties assigned by superior from time to time in alignment to Soon Soon Group company goals and objectives

Requirements

- SKM/Cert/ Diploma in any field of study, preferably Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business Admin

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
