Marketing Executive

About the Role

Go Sky Travels and Tours Sdn Bhd is looking for a highly motivated, target-driven and sales-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is confident in communicating with customers, passionate about sales and marketing, self-disciplined, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our travel packages to individual and group customers.
• Generate new leads and actively follow up with potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive sales commissions.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to increase bookings and sales.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries and travel-related information for customers.
• Create engaging content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Edit promotional posters, videos and other marketing materials.
• Create and publish TikTok videos.
• Conduct TikTok LIVE and other live marketing activities to promote travel packages.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

Requirements

• Highly sales-driven, target-oriented and confident in closing sales.
• Self-disciplined, motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with strong initiative and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, phone and social media.
• Experience in video editing and poster/design editing is required.
• Able to create engaging TikTok videos and conduct TikTok LIVE.
• Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp, email and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or the travel industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong interest in sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Must be responsible, punctual and committed to achieving targets.
