1.Sales & Customer Service

• Promote and sell general merchandise products through online and offline channels.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
• Achieve individual sales targets set by Management.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.

2. Marketing & Events

• Participate in roadshows, events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Support online sales activities, including social media, live sessions and customer enquiries.
• Assist in promoting products and campaigns to increase sales.

3. Stock & Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are available for sale.
• Arrange and replenish stock as required.
• Maintain proper product display and stock arrangement.
• Assist with stock counts and basic inventory control.
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.

4. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and submit daily sales reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper sales and customer records.
• Assist in preparing reports and information required by the HOD.
• Perform basic administrative duties related to sales and operations.

5. Teamwork & Coordination

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with other departments when required.
• Maintain good communication with Management, colleagues and customers.
• Support the team in achieving departmental targets.

6. Ad Hoc Duties

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior or Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
