Role Description The Technical Lead / Solution Architect – SAP Signavio is a full-time, on-site role based in Malaysia. This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Signavio solutions to support business process management and transformation initiatives. The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into scalable solution architectures, and oversee end-to-end delivery, including integration with existing SAP and non-SAP systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting process discovery and modeling, defining technical standards, guiding development teams, performing solution reviews, and ensuring best practices in performance, security, and compliance. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting pre-sales and proposal activities, and providing expert input on continuous improvement of project methodologies and tools.

• Strong SAP Signavio expertise, including process modeling, process intelligence, and workflow management, with experience integrating Signavio into SAP landscapes.
• Proven background in solution architecture, system design, and end-to-end implementation of enterprise applications, preferably in complex multi-industry environments.
• Experience leading technical teams, providing guidance, code and configuration reviews, and ensuring adherence to architectural and development standards.
• Solid understanding of business process management (BPM), process optimization, and transformation methodologies in sectors such as energy, utilities, or large-scale industrial operations.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, develop technical specifications, and communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns (e.g., APIs, middleware, data integration) relevant to SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in SAP or BPM tools are an advantage.
