Backstory:
Our firm is based in Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru and education is our key selling point to advising clients on how to purchase policies.

There's a systematic approach in planning for life insurance. For example, if you're connecting with a businessman, married with no kids and has parents to support, how do you lead the conversation?

If you're speaking to an employee who has a housewife and 3 kids at home, how should his policies be tailored?

And if you're meeting someone over the age of 60, do they still need their insurance policies?

We are in sales, but we provide wholesome advise as if we are planning for our own family. Do not cheat the client for a cheap sale. Do not overpromise something that cannot be delivered. Explain clearly and bring in quality business.

Sleep well at night that you have assisted in protecting someone's income and you will enjoy the benefits and compensation for doing one of the most noble work out there.

Scope of work:
1) Phoning - you need to call prospects to set a meeting and this will take 2 minutes.
2) Appointment - go for the meeting and introduce the work in 30 mins or lesser
3) Collection - collect their existing policies
4) Summary - on this appointment, you are to explain what they have
5) Discussion - find out what they want insurance to do for them
6) Application - if a gap is identified and the prospect is agreeable, submit their case.
7) Referrals - collect referrals if they enjoyed your service
8) Team building - keep a lookout for candidates that you will enjoy working with.

Warning:
1) Be prepared for people to avoid you.
2) Be prepared to be ghosted.
3) Be prepared for tough months.

We can only handle 2 new partners in January 2027. We're not looking to build a 100-agent strong team with no quality. If you decide to take on this challenge, we will take care of your learning curve and equip you with the necessary skills to handle prospects.

The income system is amazing that no other career can give. For your lifelong service to your customers, you will be paid for 6 years. You heard that right, close 1 deal, but you get paid for 6 years.

Not only that, there are paid vacations up for grabs and you get to go on stage on a National level.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
