5 days per week
Working Hours :
6 hours per day (30 hours per week)
Salary :
S$1,800 – S$2,000 per month

No. 3, Gul Drive, Singapore 629455
KeyResponsibilities
Prepare, verify and process client invoices.
Check invoices against work orders, time sheet or yard entry, service reports and other supporting documents.
Ensure invoices contain accurate amounts, descriptions, dates and billing details.
Coordinate with project, operations, procurement and finance teams to obtain missing documents and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Maintain an organised filing system for invoices, payment records and supporting documents.
Monitor invoice submission status and follow up on outstanding invoices and payment queries.
Assist with data entry, invoice reconciliation and preparation of basic reports.
Ensure invoices are processed within the required timelines and follow Company procedures.
Perform other related administrative and invoicing duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Previous experience in invoicing, accounts administration or finance support is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with accounting or invoicing software is an advantage.
Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Available to commit to the full two-month contract period.
