We are hiring Restaurant Crew members to support daily restaurant operations, food preparation and customer service in Kuala Lumpur.

Both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions are available.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and quality customer service.
• Prepare and serve food according to company recipes, procedures and quality standards.
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients and supplies are sufficient.
• Keep the restaurant, kitchen, equipment and dining areas clean and organized.
• Maintain personal hygiene and ensure uniforms are clean and presentable.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Positive attitude, friendly personality and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined and responsible.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including opening, middle and closing shifts.
• Interested in restaurant operations, food preparation and customer service.

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week.
• 5 days: 9 hours per day, including 1 hour break.
• 1 day: 5 hours per day, without a break.
• Rotating shifts:
• Opening Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Middle Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Closing Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

FOH (Front of House): Customer service, taking orders and assisting guests.

BOH (Back of House): Food preparation, kitchen operations and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Salary

• Basic salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200 per month.
