We are looking for a passionate

Hair Therapist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in hair care services and enjoy providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scalp treatments and basic hair care services such as washing, blowing, and drying.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products to customers.
• Provide good customer service and answer client enquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Work with the team to achieve service and sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Service oriented and positive attitude
• Able to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
• Sales driven and good teamwork skills
• Maintain consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients.
• Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
