Roles and responsibilities: -

1. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by identifying hazards, implementing safety procedures, and promoting a safety-conscious culture, while also ensuring compliance with WSH regulations.

2. Promote Safety Culture

3. Encouraging worker participation and compliance with WSH practices.

4. Organizing activities to boost WSH awareness.

5. Communicating WSH directives from management to workers

6. Hazard identification and Risk Assessment

7. Identifying potential hazards in the workplace

8. Evaluating tools, machinery, and processes for safety

9. Assessing workplace risks and addressing them.

10. Implementing Safety Measures

11. Developing and carrying out WSH plans

12. Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment

13. Conducting safely inductions and orientations for new employees.

14. Providing training on safety protocols and procedures.

15. Ensuring employees are aware of health hazard.

16. Incident Investigation and Reporting

17. Investigating workplace accidents and incidents
